Information for Vendors
The Festival is a one-day, outdoor event, scheduled on the first Saturday in June. The event runs from 10:30 am (gates open) to 8:00 pm and attracts approximately 7,000 patrons from the tri-state area. The following is important information about the Festival.
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Appel Farm Arts & Music Festival. We will begin accepting applications in December, 2013 for the 2014 Arts & Music Festival. We look forward to reviewing your work at that time.
The Crafts Fair showcases 50+ artists. All work must be original, designed and executed by the artist. No kits. No vendors. Artists are chosen by a team of jurors. Acceptance is based on a number of criteria including, but not limited to, quality of workmanship, suitability, originality and number of other artists already accepted in your medium.

Many of our food vendors have worked with us for several years. We are always open to new and exciting possibilities. We are particularly interested in vendors who specialize in vegetarian foods or ethnic cuisine.
