Rate & Policy Information

Basic Facility Use

Overnight rate includes dormitory style sleeping accommodations, meeting rooms, dining hall, kitchen, campfire area, swimming pool, basketball court, tennis courts and ball field areas. Rate does not include the provision of additional furniture or equipment. Set up of the meeting areas is the responsibility of the group.

Theatre Rental

$400.00 - $600.00 per day
(Audio/Lighting Technicians not included)

Food Service (Contracted Separately)

Appel Farm does not provide food service on a direct contract basis. Please arrange with a chef of your choice (see chef/caterer referral list for suggestions).
