YOGA
Great for stress relief, relaxation and building strength. Hatha yoga focuses on breathing control as well as body strengthening postures. In this co-ed class, poses will be modified to the individual’s ability level. Both beginners and those more advanced will enjoy the benefits of this time-honored practice.
Cost: $125 per session
