Anniversary Weekend Schedule

Stay Overnight @ Appel Farm

Stay overnight on site for anniversary weekend! Choose from one of our rustic, camp bunk room style accommodations, find a spot on our field for your tent, or stay in a nearby partner hotel.

All on-site accommodations include Friday and Saturday night. Meal plan(s) and parking can be purchased alongside your overnight housing. Limited space available. Reserve early!

Want to bunk with friends or have a big family? Save with this package that guarantees a private bunk for up to 10 people. Private bunks feature twin bunk beds and a private bathroom.

Private room has two twin beds. Building includes two shared bathrooms. Please note: private rooms can only accommodate two people.

(Known to Camp Alumni as The Hotel)

Bring your tent and camp out in our field. Cost is per tent. One tent cannot exceed 6 people. Shared bathroom facilities will be available.

Shared bunks are community accommodations, and are gender inclusive spaces that will house up to 10 people from different parties. Shared bunks have twin bunk beds and a shared bathroom. This is a great way to connect with other guests and alumni. Cost is per person.

Off-Site Overnight Accommodations

If your preferred on-site accommodation is no longer available or you prefer to stay off site, please consider one of our partner hotels where we’ve secured discounted rates. Located in Deptford, just off Route 42 and one minute from Route 55 to Appel Farm.

Book by October 8 at 4pm to receive the special rate. Limited rooms—book early! Discounts won’t be available after the deadline.

Meal Plans & Parking

Meal Plans for on-site, overnight guests are encouraged and discounted. Plans also available for overnight guests staying off-site or Saturday-only visitors. Single meal purchases unavailable. 5 Meal Plan covers Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast. 3 Meal Plan covers Saturday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner.  Saturday dinner options are Food Truck Voucher or Vegan/Vegetarian Box Dinner.

Parking passes are required for all cars on site for the entire celebration. Get discounted, advance parking pass for $15 ONLY for both weekend and day-goers. (By registering in advance, you will also help us prepare for your arrival providing wonderful activities and supplies for your stay.) Parking rates go to $20 per car on the day.

Live Music @ Grove Stage

Bands and solo musicians are invited to perform at busking stations, and submit to play on stage before our headliners.

Art Sale & Auction

Auction items will be available to bid on closer to the event.
8″x8″ Canvas sale will happen on site during the anniversary weekend.

Donate a Canvas for the Art Fundraiser 🖼

Visual artists are invited to create 8” x 8” canvases that will be donated to Appel Farm and put on sale as part of the weekend’s fundraiser.

“65” Artwork by Greg Nemec
Back by popular demand, artist and illustrator Greg Nemec has returned to create the 65th Anniversary artwork. You may remember him from 1989 to 2012 as the creator of the Appel Farm Arts & Music Festival posters. Keep a look out for anniversary merch that will feature his artwork!
