Support Us

Appel Farm loves your support! Whether you are an individual, a business or foundation, a camp family, or an educator, there are numerous ways for you to strengthen Appel Farm’s mission.

Ways to Give

Approximately one-third of Appel Farm’s budget comes from gifts, grants and donations and none is more crucial than individual contributions. Make a difference in a young artist’s life by supporting camp scholarships or helping to fund an in-school residency. Your donation can help ensure that the arts flourish in South Jersey and beyond!

You can make a contribution to support Appel Farm through any of these methods.

Camp Scholarship Donations

Your donation can help offer financial assistance for young people who would not otherwise have the resources to attend Appel Farm Arts Camp. Learn more about our Scholarship Program

If you wish to support our efforts and help increase the number of camper scholarships we can offer, please consider becoming a Sunflower Circle Member. Your investment will be truly life-changing for a selected camper, as you will sponsor their full tuition for one two-week session each summer for the next three years.

You may also contribute to our Camp Scholarship Fund. Appel Farm offers tuition assistance to as many campers as possible each summer, depending on available resources and financial need.

Vehicle Donations

We are currently in need of utility and passenger vehicles to support our year-round programs and award-winning Summer Arts Camp. Vehicles help to fulfill our mission in the following ways:

SAFETY – Our Summer Arts Camp program is an immersive, overnight arts learning experience for hundreds of youth and camp staff each year. Having a reliable vehicle means that staff can safely transport a member of the camp community to a doctor’s office or urgent care facility in the event they need non-emergency medical care.

OPERATIONS – Closed-cab utility vehicles are critical to on-campus operations, ensuring that our facilities team can safely haul building materials and equipment on our property.

LEARNING – Our student-centered learning approach means that our instructors co-create learning goals with their students in the classroom. To support this organic approach, our staff regularly go off-site to procure arts supplies and other materials from local vendors.

COMMUNITY – We recognize that access to arts experiences is important, and lack of transportation can be an access barrier for many families. Passenger vehicles enable our team to travel off-site to share our programming in school and community partner locations. This is a vital step towards promoting equitable access to arts learning for our region.

Thank you for considering donating your vehicle to Appel Farm!

In-Kind Donations
