Sarai Ayala is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in New York, with hands-on experience supporting neurodivergent children in educational and therapeutic settings. Her work is informed by daily, lived experience collaborating with students, families, and educators to build environments that honor diverse communication styles and creativity. Sarai is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and plans to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is passionate about advocating for accessible, community-centered learning environments where all children feel seen, supported, and empowered.
