Stay Overnight @ Appel Farm

Stay overnight on site for anniversary weekend! Choose from one of our rustic, camp bunk room style accommodations, find a spot on our field for your tent, or stay in a nearby partner hotel.

All on-site accommodations include Friday and Saturday night. Meal plan(s) and parking can be purchased alongside your overnight housing. Limited space available. Reserve early!

Want to bunk with friends or have a big family? Save with this package that guarantees a private bunk for up to 10 people. Private bunks feature twin bunk beds and a private bathroom.

Private room has two twin beds. Building includes two shared bathrooms. Please note: private rooms can only accommodate two people.

Bring your tent and camp out in our field. Cost is per tent. One tent cannot exceed 6 people. Shared bathroom facilities will be available.

Shared bunks are community accommodations, and are gender inclusive spaces that will house up to 10 people from different parties. Shared bunks have twin bunk beds and a shared bathroom. This is a great way to connect with other guests and alumni. Cost is per person.

Anniversary Weekend Schedule

Day Passes - Friday or Saturday

A day pass for Friday 11/7 includes the Friday Night Concert, dinner, and campfire. A day pass for Saturday 11/8 includes all activities including arts workshops, kindred groups, jam session etc. starting at 8am on Saturday through the campfire at night. Meals included are Saturday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. Saturday dinner options are a Food Truck Voucher or Vegan/Vegetarian Box Dinner.

On-Site Parking

Parking passes are required for all cars on site for the entire celebration. Get discounted, advance parking pass for $15 ONLY for both weekend and day-goers. Parking rates go up to $20 per car on the day.

8"x8" Canvas Art Sale Fundraiser

Donate a Canvas for the Art Fundraiser 🖼

Visual artists are invited to create 8” x 8” canvases that will be donated to Appel Farm and put on sale as part of the weekend’s fundraiser.

Live music at busking stations throughout the campus will begin at 12pm. Artist Listing Coming Soon!

Welcome Walk Phase 1 Complete!

Thank you to all who purchased bricks for Phase 1. As of our August 5th deadline, we sold 80 bricks. We are truly excited that we kicked off the event with such gusto. The bricks will be delivered in October, so that everyone will get to see their bricks at the 65th Anniversary Weekend.  Didn’t buy a brick? No worries! We are still taking orders for a spring installation.

Back by popular demand, artist and illustrator Greg Nemec has returned to create the 65th Anniversary artwork. You may remember him from 1989 to 2012 as the creator of the Appel Farm Arts & Music Festival posters. Keep a look out for anniversary merch that will feature his artwork!
