Handbook and Forms Reminder

Hello from Appel Farm Arts Camp! We are thrilled that your camper will be joining us for Camp 2024 and we look forward to helping you prepare for this summer over the next couple months.

It’s time to read the Camp Handbook and finish your camp forms, and here’s where to start:

Check out the Caregiver Portal on our website to get quick access to important links and guides to make sure your kiddo is ready for camp.
View and download the Camper/Caregiver Handbook for 2024, which has lots of information about what to pack, camp rules and policies, and what to expect when you get here!
Log into the Household Portal where you can find all camp forms including Transportation, Medical, and Approved Adults.
While logged into your Household Portal account you can begin filling out the required forms, which are due May 15th!
Your Household Portal account is also where you can make online payments, deposit money into your camper’s Canteen account, update contact information, and more.

All required camp forms are due by May 15th! Please read and review the Camp Handbook as soon as possible but no later than 6 weeks before camp.

Over the next couple of months, we will be sending lots of helpful information to your email so be sure to check! If you miss any you can always check out past emails in the Caregiver Portal.
