Food Vendor Application

Join us at Appel Farm on November 4th from 10am-3pm as we gather hundreds of folks from our community for a celebration of arts and wellness for our Healthy HeARTS Festival! For this festival, we are looking for Food Trucks to be on site and available for Festival attendees to purchase food throughout the day. The day will feature a 5k race/1mile walk, food trucks, vendors, creative arts workshops, wellness activities, local musicians and sustainable art-making. Healthy HeARTS Festival is a FREE family-friendly festival event and we anticipate over 600 people will attend from all over the region.

Once your application is approved, Mobile Food Vendors will be sent a contract. The contract must be signed and in order for your spot to be reserved. A suggested donation of $50 is requested to support Appel Farm’s mission of supporting arts education in South Jersey.

Mobile Food Vendors must be on site and parked at least 1 hour prior to the beginning of the event.


**There is no rain date for this event. If you do not attend, no refunds will be made. If the event is cancelled due to severe weather or other issues beyond our control, your fee can be applied to a future event.
