Camp Administrator
The Camp Administrator is responsible for the year-round administrative duties of Appel Farm Arts Camp, Family Camp, and general office administration duties for the organization.
Strategic Goals of this position include:
- Learning existing databases and implementing new systems of organization to best track enrollment of camp programs and support the work of the camp team.
- Providing excellent customer service and communication to camp families and other patrons and supporters of Appel Farm.
- Working in conjunction with the Programs Administrator to ensure efficient workflow, budget tracking, and information sharing with the staff
- Providing forward-thinking organization, outreach and communication ideas to increase engagement with camp alumni and other Appel Farm partners.
Details of the Position
- This is a full-time, salaried position.
- This position must be full-time in-person during summer camp season (June – August) with specific days/hours as determined by camp leadership, including weekend coverage. The schedule may be hybrid from September – May, as mutually coordinated with the camp leadership team and programs administrator for alternating coverage of the main office and reception area.
- Annual Salary: $40,000
- Benefits: Single coverage Health, Dental and Vision; Paid holidays and paid vacation as described in Employee Handbook, summer camp tuition.
