New Camp Forms Available

We are getting so excited for camp this summer—we cannot wait to spend the summer creating memories with all of our amazing campers! Our team is working hard to ensure we are fully prepared to welcome your camper, and it’s hard to believe that Session 1 starts in just 73 days.
With camp quickly approaching, we’re excited to let you know that new forms are now available in your Household Portal. Please log in at your earliest convenience to complete the following:
Camper Transportation Form (Due May 15)
This form is required for all campers, regardless of how they are arriving to camp.
- Please submit by May 15 to ensure we can accommodate your camper’s transportation needs.
- Late submissions may limit our ability to coordinate travel—especially for campers arriving by plane, bus, or train.
- Even if you are driving your camper to and from camp, we still need this information so we can ensure a smooth and safe check-in and check-out process.
Authorized Adults Form (Due May 15)
This form is required for any adult (21+) you would like to authorize to:
- Pick up your camper on arrival or departure day
- Leave with your camper on Visiting Day
For your camper’s safety, we will only release campers to individuals listed on this form.
Important reminders:
- Authorized adults must bring a valid photo ID when picking up a camper.
- It is helpful if the name on their ID exactly matches the name entered on the form.
- Please double-check spelling and legal names to avoid delays or the need for verification calls.
Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Application
This optional form is for campers who will be 15 years or older this summer.
- The CIT program is a great leadership opportunity and comes at no additional cost.
- If your camper is interested, you can complete the application now through your portal.
- Our team will follow up with more details closer to the start of camp.
If your camper will not be 15 this summer, you can ignore this form—it may appear in your portal, but it is not required.

In the meantime, we encourage you to take a few moments over the coming weeks to complete your forms. All currently available forms are due by May 15, so please be sure to submit them as soon as possible.
